Herefordshire produces some fine foods and it is our policy to use local supplies and suppliers wherever possible. This enables us to offer a breakfast that is prepared from fresh, high quality local ingredients.

Bacon & Sausages – J.Pritchard & Son, Fownhope. A family butcher, providing local meat.

Eggs – From our own chickens

Bread & Marmalades – Homemade

Preserves – Little Verzon Fruit Farm, Munsley, Ledbury. A farm shop where they grow their own fruit,

Honey – Woodfields, Dormington, Herefordshire

Apple Juice – Jus, Birchley, Aylton, Ledbury. A small business specialising in the production of single variety English apple juice.

Fair Trade produce is used wherever possible.
